Delivery Process
Once your order is confirmed, it is prepared within 24 hours and then shipped promptly.
Delivery usually takes up to 4 business days, depending on your city or village.
The courier will deliver your order only to the exact address provided when placing the order. Delivery outside the selected city or area is not available.

All orders are delivered through Olivraison.
Delivery times cannot be scheduled or selected in advance. Once your order has been shipped, the courier will contact you directly.
Please make sure that your phone number is correct and reachable.
Delivery Rules
- Orders must be received sealed and unopened.
- Opening or testing the product before payment is not allowed.
- Please treat the courier with respect.
- Any complaint or issue must be addressed directly to Electra Setup, not to the courier.
Failed Delivery
If the courier cannot reach you or if the delivery information is incorrect, your order may be delayed or returned.
Possible reasons include:
- Incorrect address or phone number
- Customer is unavailable
- Delivery requested outside the selected city
Electra Setup is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information or customer unavailability.

What do we mean by small? Just about everything under the sun except for major pc, chair .. over 5Kg″.
Exchange or Return of Goods
Products with defects will be replaced if 3 days have not passed since purchase.
The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:
- fully equipped equipment;
- a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the Electra Setup online store;
- warranty card;
- an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.
The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation
